as the lists get longer it would be very useful to have a possibility to search for a task to pick it up and start working on it again. now I have to go to the project and browse to the task list of that project, which might be tedious depending on the list's length. now I often end up creating a new task just because this is faster, ending up with duplicates of open tasks. it can also make reports somewhat confusing.

Thanks for opening this up! Makes a lot of sense to add some sort of search feature. There also is already an open issue for that: #547
