rpm or tar.gz release

Hi, i'm a Fedora user and i don't love very much snap (yes this is purely personal, sorry for that); so the .deb package doesn't fit for me, and (i'm not very sure about that, so feel free to teel me if is not the case) the appImage does not update automatically.

This is not very hard to build a tar.gz or a rpm package; have you planned to do it ?

I activated rpm for the builds. We'll see how well it works with the next release. Meanwhile you could also manually build the rpm. Let me know if you want to do this, then I give you the instructions on how to do so.

would it be better to provide Flatpak as an option instead of distro specific packages?
