Key file location?

Hi - first off - love this product. I did try to search the forums and found tangential questions, but not this one.

I'm using the end to end encryption with a password because there are two of us utilizing this task list across my network and I want to keep it secure. My question is - what mechanism are you using to encrypt and can I leverage it outside of superproductivity to manage if I wanted to?
