Suggestion: Make hotkeys language agnostic

The current behavior is that shortcuts do not work if you use a language other than English. For instance, if I switch to the Russian keyboard layout, no hotkeys work.

For example, this is a major issue when I try to use Super Productivity with Russian-named tasks. After pressing Shift + 'English A' to add a task, I need to switch layouts to Russian using Win + Space, which causes the web browser to lose focus and Super Productivity to close the task-adding menu.
