Any Plan for Displaying Tasks Without a Specific Time as All-Day Event?

Currently, when a task is scheduled but without a specific time using short syntax, it will be default to 9am (or the configured work start time).

This may be undesirable for a group of users, as seen in #4016 , #4049. They may not want to get a reminder at 9am about this task.

However, when scheduled through the Schedule UI, the task won't be attached any specific time.

Is there a plan for making the scheduling via shortcut and via UI consistent?
