I initially encountered issues syncing my Jira tickets from the corporate Jira Data Center (Atlassian) with the SuperProductivity tool due to a self-signed certificate error..
After adding the environment variable NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED = 0, I was able to successfully connect and sync the Jira tickets from the data center. However, this change has resulted in my inability to access the Jira tickets from the Jira Cloud Server.
Could you please clarify whether it is possible to sync multiple Jira accounts with the SuperProductivity tool? If so, are there specific settings that I need to enable to facilitate this?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Hari
