Directly from source no, since the app needs to be build and compiled. But you can download the sources. Build the app and put the output on a static web server of your choice. On top of that you will always be able to download all the binaries from github: https://github.com/johannesjo/super-productivity/releases So you don't even need to compile anything. That only applies if you want to use the app from a browser. |

Hello my name is J, I came across this on youtube from this youtube video see I figured this could be a good tool to help me be productive and stay organized. So knowing me knowing that I worry to much, thinking like what if this shuts down and I won't be able to use it anymore.
That being Said I thought I would ask this question:
if the app ever went offline or development stopped, would I still be able to use it by running it directly from the source code on GitHub? Like, is it possible to build and run the app myself if needed? I’m trying to understand how much of the app depends on outside services, and how much I could keep using or restoring locally if something ever happened to the official site.
Basically im saying if I download the source code, is the application fully independent or does it require any outside dependencies like connecting to a server and all that fun stuff, or will it be fully unusability or have some usability still. If this all makes sense?
