Is there a way to see the entire work log for all projects?

Currently what I do is add a tag to all my tasks called #global but it is quite tedious to do it for each activity.

It would be great if this label can be configured automatically from settings. That is, automatically add the #global tag internally.

The two suggestions are pretty much the same as what I need. The first a little different; I understand that tag configuration is done automatically at the project level.
The second suggestion is to put a #All tag for all tasks in all projects. The latter serves me more, it works for my purpose.
