Your Environment

Windows App from App Store,

(tried with Windows install, too; Also tried using web version but no luck there because of Request Time Out)

  • Version used: 12.0.0
  • Operating System and version: Windows 11 Prof.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

I've tried connecting using the Windows App and connection works but I don't get any tasks. I changed JQL query to assignee = currentUser() as we don't have any sprints but no tickets show up. there is no error. I tried with another cloud instance and also there are no issues imported into Super-Productivity. Is there a bug or do I do something wrong? Link used is https://instancename.atlassian.net/, Username = email-adress, password = account password.
I tried with several settings but none of them worked.

when entering the JQL in the issue search in JIRA, I get all my issues assigned to me. So the JQL shouldn't be a problem. When entering a wrong JQL to Super-Productivity, I get an error. So it seems that the JQL is recognized.

Can you reproduce this reliably?

yes

Console Output

only output is "JIRA POLL", no errors

Error Log (Desktop only)

nothing special in the error logs, nothing related to JIRA
