Buttons are overlapping the Android top status bar

Expected Behavior

No overlapping elements on the screen.

Current Behavior

The app runs in fullscreen mode. On the top of the screen the buttons are over the status bar of android.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. I just installed the app. It seems to be the standard behavior.

Thanks - I have the same issue. Also the bottom bound of the app doesn't go up when my keyboard appears. The text input box tendons behind the on-screen keyboard. S.P.v#12.0.3 on Moto G Power 2022 running Android 12. Also from F-Droid. I don't know if F-Droid has the latest release yet. 12.0.5? Can I download it straight from GitHub?
