Assuming I'd hook into this. Was playing around earlier trying to get it working on my nuxt app, but having it as a prop makes more sense.

Getting a PR together.

Its used like this:

Just switched out the implemenation so it could work across all packages. Now using the canvas api. Works across everything and is very solid in testing.
