Hi @Doodlehusse, thanks for reporting this!

The 403 error was caused by the GHCR packages not being publicly visible yet after the v9.3.0 release. Both images (bess-manager-aarch64 and bess-manager-amd64) are now public and accessible.

To fix: Go to Settings → Add-ons → BESS Manager and click Update. If the update doesn't appear, try reloading the add-on store first (three-dot menu → Check for updates), then update.
