README and Next.js usage

Hi @johhansantana, so awesome to find this, exactly what I was looking for!

A few questions:

1. I think the routes in your README are wrong, there's no / or /kitty, only /api/kittens that accepts GET and POST.
2. Where's the Next.js usage? Or does that happen in nextjs-redux-boilerplate?
