Ebusd protherm panter 25. Can set desigred temperature only via setmode but heater works only on minimum power

Dear community,
I have protherm panter 25.
ebusd :[ESP32-C6, rev 1]

Can set parameters of desigred temperature of hc, hwc only via setmode
bai SetMode = auto;53.0;45.0;-;0;0;0;0;0;0
But heater works only on minum power.
Question: what I'm doing wrong?

Via setmode, unfortunatelly my heater works only on low power(

I assume that the SetMode operation described in 08.bai.csv doesn't work for you.
If you check the link, there is a suggestion to add a custom message definition SetModeOverride (by simply adding it to the end of the config file that is used in your setup - for me it's bai.308523.inc). After that this SetModeOverride should work. Not sure if it helps you, but worth to try.

They are located in config/en/vaillant/ if you are using a local copy of CSV files from this repo
https://github.com/eBUS/ebus.github.io
However, you may also use an online version - https://ebus.github.io/ (basically, it can be configured in --configpath option)
In this case, no local copy of these files is present. They are downloaded dynamically from this site. It's convenient if you are okay with predefined CSV files, while a local copy gives you more flexibility in terms of customizations.

thank you for your help and ideas and sorry for long reply.
I've tried SetModeOverride using 08.bai.csv config. For my heater it behaves as SetMode -> heater works on minimal power.

Why I've wanted to control temperature - two cases
#1 heat once per week hwc to 60 degrees ( resolved actually, Doing this using SetMode once per week, sending Set mode each 10 minutes during 1 hour, on minimal power - but this is not a problem)
#2 change hc temperature based on outside temperature ( doing this manually, by my hands )

Hope that issue with "minimal power of heater if SetMode is set " will be resolved. If any logs are required from me - will be glad to provide

PS. how do I identify minimal heater power? : on the screen of my heater I see picture with minimal power
