ebusd for room temperature control

EBUSD collects data from my Vaillant VWL 75/6 monobock heatpump and it works flawless.
The room temperature is controlled via a VRC 720/2. The heatpump is started when the temperature falls below the roomtemperature setpoint -3/16 K and stops when the room temperature reaches setpoint + 2/16 K.
In order to decrease the number of start/stops I would like to widen the start/stop window (e.g. +/- 0.5 degc )
The VRC does not provide an option to do so and I am wondering whether this could be set via a write instruction in a csv file (15.ctlv2.csv or 08.hmu.csv), but i have not seen any instruction that will do the job
