SH3-0: Rust calc shape codegen + inventory diagnosis.

Add emitRust({shape}) for calc-scale specialized parse_ast, zero-cost ShapeCustoms generics, CST/TS/Rust parity gates, fail-fast on unsupported TypeScript constructs, and the SH3 slice plan. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
