auxdata: TDX90m DEM change of server

DLR has shut down the FTP server and data shall now be downloaded from https://download.geoservice.dlr.de/TDM90/files/. This requires implementation of a new authentication mechanism. For the time being, #334 disables the TDX90m DEM option.
