Speed up tagging workflow by simplifying menu

Speed up the workflow for tagging

• simplify right-click menu for tagging a token
• "edit" options should all be top-level menu options
• show keystroke shortcuts for frequently used "edit" options

The edit menu should become top-level, and Insert Zero should occur with the other inserts (endnotes, completions).
