Chunks inside a track or rez should have a grey border when the corresponding trail or resonance is invisible #1518

What is the background of this feature request? Please describe.
Right now, if a chunk belongs in a track or rez in the current layer, and the corresponding trail or resonance is invisible, the chunk's border is no longer visible.
This should be changed so that the grey blank chunk border appears when the track or rez is turned off. This ensures that the user can still use chunks for other purposes than the track or rez. If the user wants to stop viewing the chunks completely, they can turn off chunks altogether.
Describe what to do for the development of this feature
Rather than not showing chunks at all when trail/resonance is turned off, they should have their borders changed to the grey blank chunk style.
