shortcut for running conflicts on windows

windows + r is how you open the run dialogue on windows, so it can't be bound to run a pico cart in vs code.

I might suggest ctrl + shift + r?

Also, being able to change the path to the pico8 .exe is needed as well. Very cool though, thanks for creating this.

I would also like the run command to work on Windows. The ideal solution would simply be to expose the shortcut as a config parameter. Fantastic plugin otherwise.

I changed the shortcut of the "run a pico8 file" command of the extension in vs code to "Shift + WIN + R" but nothing happens when i do the shortcut in the .p8 file in vs code. Is it working for anyone in Windows? Are there Alternatives to run pico8 in the workspace?
