Thread safe for littlefs

LittleFs support option LFS_THREADSAFE for implement thread safe access to files. How this option can be used in your component?

esp_littlefs already wraps all calls in a mutex, so LFS_THREADSAFE would be redundant and does not need to be enabled.

Yeah, I can see that functions which implement vfs are protected. But other function, like esp_littlefs_format or esp_littlefs_info etc., were not. I get a crash when I accidentally call that functions in different tasks.

Is it possible to add a mutex protection in all functions?

good point! if you could make a PR, that would be much appreciated! I think you would just have to add sem_take/sem_give at the beginning/end of the functions.
