Easter egg: 418 error code. "I'm a teapot"

Mostly noting it down.  
This is an official error code for HTTP made in april fools that somehow was never removed. It is apparently used when there is a request that the server simply doesn't want to respond to (like when answering to bots). The error's details are also nonsense "I can't brew coffee, i'm a teapot"  
  
It could be a fun nod to implement it somewhere.
