Make browser friendly

Mostly a packaging thing, though some minor snafus might come up.

• Setup browser build with Browserify/Webpack
• Run tests under PhantomJS
• Don't require CoffeeScript at runtime, have compiled JS in NPM package
• Make at least one browser example, probably w/UI
