Add ImageSequence effect and improve Rectangle copy

Introduces the ImageSequence effect class for frame-based image animation, including playback controls and serialization. Improves Rectangle and Path copy methods to handle Vector properties correctly, updates Rectangle property flags to use booleans, and adds missing Points and Rectangle static methods and property lists. Also updates abscissas values for numerical precision and sets renderer type for Sprite and ImageSequence objects.
