requirements.txt failing

running 
`pip install -r requirements.txt` 
causes the error 
`The user requested urllib3~=2.0 gradio 4.43.0 depends on urllib3~=2.0 botocore 1.20.112 depends on urllib3<1.27 and >=1.25.4`

I was able to install by fixing the requirements file as in the demo video.
