COLMAP running on CPU

Thank you so much for these small yet effective tools.

When I try to drop the video on nerf_video.bat, it did extract the images and start COLMAP, however, it is running on CPU 100% while the GPU is almost 0% .

I am using COLMAP-3.7-windows-cuda and added this to sys path.
I try updating it to COLMAP-3.8-windows-cuda and still the same.

Any tip on how to get it to work on GPU so it will be faster as I cant let my 4090 just stay relaxed during the COLMAP stage ;-)
