Clean up root markdown clutter, enhance README

Delete 12 auto-generated summary/report markdown files from root, tests/,
and docs/. Move TRAINING_GUIDE.md and TESTING_GUIDE.md into docs/. Enhance
README with Model Performance, Limitations, expanded Testing, and Training
sections with links to the moved docs.
