Media Manager cant select an image

Steps to reproduce the issue

without using a mouse or a touch screen you can navigate through most of the media manager but there is no way to select an image. You can preview an image with the enter key but you can not select it

What is your suggested fix for this?
Does 'space -> select' work fine?
And won't a change like this be considered a feature addition ( ie should i target 6.3? )
