[JVP] Allow the Joomler to decide what should be shown

Currently, the volunteer portal always shows the honour roll and when we joined and left each team (active and past) plus a contact form. Even if no consent is given at all (then alltough as "guest").
Once we give general consent to joomla.org where it says that only name will be shown, the name will be added (instead of guest) to that whole list of other already present information.

That is actually quite funny if you think about it.

I would expect that I can decide more than just if my picture is shown or not.
I would be much more interested to decide if all my Joomla history is shown or not. Or if I even appear on the portal.

To not get listed with my full honour roll, I have to revoke my general joomla.org consent which makes no sense at all.

We're required by the bylaws and the law of NY to keep the history of membership of every member of the organization, including change of classes, start date and end-date.
That's why the Volunteers Portal has and displays all these data.
We're in the process to review this way of working to accomplish all the privacy obligations and give more freedom to the users.

It's one thing to store them. If it is required by law you don't even need consent.
It's another thing to display it in public.
