Resizable Bar

I just found that if someone like me is dual booting Windows with MacOS with resizable bar active the current opencore settings prevent MacOS from working properly. Changing ResizeAppleGpuBars from -1 (the current value) to 0 solves the problem and both the operating systems can work with resizable bar active.

I'm talking about this setting that is present in the latest versions of the bios (the option depends on the activation of above 4g decoding):

It improves the graphical performance on the system (especially on windows games). I don't exactly know which version of macos implemented the support for resizable bar: on the latest stable macos update it boots but on older os versions it just crashed.

I'm using the latest f9 bios version. I haven't noticed any problem using it daily.
