Stuck on apple logo bigsur 11.2.1

Same mother board same configuration,the latest bigsur efi keeps me stuck at the Apple logo forever.
Any insight?

Boot in verbose mode and see what it says. Boot flag is -v

Let me try,the proper tree keeps crashing on save have to do it using xcode I guess.
