Errors when attempting to boot installer through OpenCore

Hey there, I'm attempting to set up a friends hackintosh that was previously running Mojave on clover over to Monterey 12.0.1 with opencore using your prebuilt EFI.

The specs match the CaseySJ build you based it off of, with the only difference being that it is only using the iGPU.

I created an installer, downloaded your latest EFI, modified the OpenCore config to add the serial and SMBIOS edits and added those to the EFI partition correctly.

I'm able to boot to the opencore boot loader, but when I select "Install macOS Monterey" it flashes this initial error:

And scrolls through several more where it ends on this:

Any idea what the issue may be?

Are you sure your BIOS settings are correct and did you disable CFG-lock?

Make sure first that you follow all steps as mentioned here:

Also, how did you create your USB installer? I recommend (if things like this occurred) to do it manually:

Yes, almost all of BIOS settings were set to match what was on that list and CFG is disabled.
The BIOS was also flashed to f9i and then flashed again with the Elias64Fr with MicroCode from F9j.

And yep, The USB installer was created using those instructions on a new 32gb USB.

Trying to find any reference to the EB.LD.LF "null string" issue has been quite a pain, with this reddit post being the only real lead I've found so far:

Hmm that's a pain in the ass, I really don't have an answer to this one.

Perhaps you can try the install booting with OpenCore 0.7.4 (don't forget to include your friend's SMBIOS info).

Just a few tips, perhaps it helps.

• If you use opencore configurator, make sure that you select the correct OpenCore version in OCC settings.
• Make sure you format the drive as MacOS journaled extended before you start the installation.
• Try another USB-stick if you have any.
• Remove all other optical and SSD drives, besides the one you will install MacOS and OpenCore on.
• Remove any PCI-E and external USB devices if any (besides mouse and keyboard..)
