[Bug]: <macOS Tahoe> Cannot move live activities across sections

Description

On macOS 26, when moving live activities menu bar items from Always-Hidden Section to Visible Section, the operation fails with "Bounds check time out for 'Item-18'".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a live activity on iPhone (so it will be synced to macOS)
2. Try moving live activity in Ice Settings/Menu Bar Layout across sections
3. The operation fails with "Bounds check time out for 'Item-18'"

The Pull Request #612 says that the changes for Tahoe have not yet been added to the master branch, and there are no new releases in the active development branch for Tahoe.
