Ice Bar and Settings Menu Bar Layout do not work

Steps to Reproduce

• When I go to Settings -> Menu Bar Layout, I cannot see any icons to move, just "Unable to display menu bar items".
• When I want to show the Ice Bar in the menu I see no icons, just "Unable to display menu bar items"

I second this issue. I just recently updated to the latest macOS version, and Ice is unusable. The fields to customize the menubar is just blank for me, and clicking on the indicator in the menubar to reveal the hidden menubar icons, lead to Ice crashing, the indicator disappears, and all hidden icons suddenly get displayed. Starting Ice again shows the indicator, but again, after clicking on it, Ice crashes.
