[Bug]: Razer Synapse icon always hidden on startup

Description

I don't know that this is an Ice bug. I have Razer Synapse for Mac. The icon is in the visible section and shows that way in settings. When I startup my Mac, the icon is always at the end of the hidden section. It's easy enough to drag it over but I have no idea why it's not staying where I put it. It's one of the last menubar items to start up. Any suggestions?

Steps to Reproduce

This only happens with Razer Synpase.

1. Check the Ice settings to make sure that Synapse is in the visible section.
2. Restart the Mac.
3. Check where the Synapse icon is.
