[Bug]: macOS "Tahoe" - after system restart icon remains in dock

Description

Hello , Ni Hao & greetings from cold(!) Germany,

nothing important, but nonetheless:
When I restart my Macbook (details below) from "off", I have the Ice-icon in my menu bar (YAY!), A N D alsi in my dock (nay!). After approximately 5 minutes, the icon vanishes from the dock & all is fine again...
(Sometimes, 1 or 2 icons in the Ice-bar are not in the order I set them before, but that's not worth further mentioning imho)

Computer: Macbook pro 14" (ID-model: 15,6)/ M3 pro 11/14 cores / 18GB RAM / 512 GB SSD (of which appr. 130 GB free space)

OS: macOS 26.1 "Tahoe"
Ice: 0.11.13-dev.2

I would like to send a big "THANK YOU" to everyone involved in Ice: It makes my life MUCH easier!
Oh, and when I listen to my friends (who use other alternatives...), all of us are lucky to have Ice - even with its little bugs, it seems to be more stable than the solutions of my friends - thus, they are converting... one by one. ;o)

Steps to Reproduce

Repro:

1. Switch Macbook "OFF".
2. Wait until Magsafe-plug changes colour of LED.
3. Switch Macbook "ON".
4. Watch Ice appear 1. in menu bar, and then 2. in dock.
5. After approximately 5 minutes, watch Ice-icon in dock disappear.
