Old chunks don't release their colliders

When moving around a lot, the old colliders stay alive consuming resources.
They need to be released when the chunk is disabled.

Should the entire physX actor be removed, or can it somehow be temporarily disabled?
The problem with removing the actor is that it probably will also remove the internal mesh, which would have to be recooked.
