Critical bugfixes!

Two critical fixes:

• bug which prevents updates from local shared markers.
• handling of frequencies above 2 Ghz

After installing this version, all shared markers will be deleted from the local db (local markers are not affected). You than must redo a SYNC to get all shared markers again.

New features:

• add tuning parameters for each marker and tune SDRuno to the selected marker
• manually resync local database with cloud data
• set doubleclick behaviour in marker list
