Latest by Major Version json?

Would you by any change be willing to allow for an additional json to be added where only the latest release for each major version was listed? This would greatly reduce the amount of information to transfer (the zulu all.json already being more than 10MB and they will only get bigger of course).

Right now in the JBang project we use Foojay's Disco API but once in a while it's down and that means that our users are unable to install new JDKs. For a while now we've been discussing creating a static "backup" of that data in GitHub, only to find out that somebody already did so :-)

So the current information would already be very useful, no doubt about it. But the json suggested in this issue would allow us to only transfer the most essential information. Of course it's very specific to our use-case, so you might not be interested in supporting it, but it can't hurt to ask.

Just to be clear: This project isn't affiliated with Foojay or the Foojay Disco API.

In fact this project predates the Foojay Disco API by 9 months.
