[Feature Request]: Datavideo ITC-100 support

What feature would you like to see added to TallyArbiter?

That connects relays to the IO ports of a Raspberry Pi. The contacts of the relay are wired into a Datavideo ITC100 controller. When it detects a short circuit at point x, it turns on the green light of the camera. If there is a short circuit at y pin, it turns on the camera's red light. Unfortunately, if both are in the "on" position, the green light has priority when the red light should be on.
I was thinking that with a small modification to the relay control I could mask this error.
Unfortunately, due to my poor Python skills, I can't solve it on my own.

If I modify the gpo-listener code, now work right.
