Feature Request: position memory

I would like to request this features:

1. Option to start the application at the previous position upon launch
2. Lock feature to prevent moving or closing the application

There is an option already to keep it from being movable.

That's correct, but then the application always opens in the top right corner of the screen.
(I would like to place the window in a custom position and pin it there)
