Feature Request: MacOS: Overlay to be carried across all full screen window and other desktops

When moving across full screen windows and multiple desktops, the overlay only stays on the first desktop. Realise this is likely a limitation to macOS, but if it can be sticky across every application that would be great

I think I did a similar thing with my beacon project so maybe we can implement that here.
