Request to add support for windows/workspaces

Hi, this is a fantastic app which I use a lot. The one inconvenience that bothers me is that I can't create multiple windows or workspaces to compare multiple pairs of files. If I want to compare a new pair of text, I need to erase the existing one. I would love to have multiple comparison windows open for the different projects I'm working on and maybe even name them for convenience.

Also, on a sidenote, I'm packaging this app for Fedora with my Copr.
