Move HAIKU content to dedicated repo (TheBushidoCollective/haiku-method)

HAIKU manifesto, core plugin, paper, website, and brand assets now live
in their own repository. AI-DLC retains its plugin and website updates
that reference HAIKU as the parent methodology.
