feat: write HAIKU methodology paper

Comprehensive paper articulating the HAIKU (Human AI Knowledge Unification)
framework as a universal methodology for structured human-AI collaboration.

Covers all 4 phases (Elaboration, Execution, Operation, Reflection) with
equal depth. Includes domain-agnostic language throughout, references AI-DLC
as the software development profile and SWARM as marketing/sales validation.
Contains 3 worked examples: software feature (AI-DLC), marketing campaign
(SWARM), and strategic planning (HAIKU core without a profile). Describes
operating modes across all phases and the profile model for domain adaptation.
Includes incremental adoption path from Elaboration-only through full lifecycle.
