Hi.
I wanna run Minecraft Java Edition Server with this docker image.

and there is an example docker-compose.yml here.

but when i run it, it says following.

fetching GitHub linuxgsm.sh...OK

[ .... ] Starting lgsm-gameserver: LinuxGSM
[ FAIL ] Starting lgsm-gameserver: Unable to start LinuxGSM

and log said following.

Error: LinkageError occurred while loading main class net.minecraft.server.Main
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: net/minecraft/server/Main has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 60.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 55.0

could you plz update java runtime?

I'll see what I can do. Do you by chance know which version of Java the latest minecraft needs these days?

Unfortunately the base image I'm using is a little older (Ubuntu 18.04) and I'm using OpenJRE, for the moment I'm just grabbing the version that's available via apt-get.

I did try updating the base image last year but ran into some trouble #144, a quick test right now seemed to suggest the issue may be fixed. I'll have to look into it a little more this weekend.
