Allow rrelayer to work with existing database without schema clashing if that schema exists already #18

Right now rrelayer creates schemas on the database and this can clash if they have another schema called the same - the idea would be to have a setting in YAML which allowed you to set - existingDb: true and if so it will create rrelayer schema and put it under their instead of it being in top route
