Animate position of a Marker #311

Feature Description
I am currently showing Markers using WidgetLayer to allow for custom markers. I would like the ability to update a marker's position, and have it animate to the new position. Currently I need to remove and recreate all markers, which can't produce an animation and causes a lot of unnecessary re-rendering of all unrelated markers.
Sample Use Case
A map tracking the live locations of multiple users. It is a better user experience to animate markers to a new position, instead of having them jump across the map.
