- bump maplibre to 12.0.+ - remove context and activity from `MapLibreRegistry` in favor of static Jni methods. - ndkVersion = "28.2.13676358" - jni bindings for `OfflineTilePyramidRegionDefinition`, remove `Helpers` - experiment with ffi using-pattern
