Pan

• single pointer

• keyboard arrow keys

Zoom

• scroll wheel zoom
• double click
• double click drag
• click with two pointers: use pointer center
• two pointer: use pointer center

Rotate

• secondary pointer
• two pointers: rotate around pointer center
• ctrl key and pan

Tilt

• secondary pointer
• ctrl key and pan
• two pointer vertial pan

Other

• integrate with MapOptions gestures property
• disable browser context menu on web
